At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice Goblin Puzzlebox and create a 1/1 red goblin creature token if you cast a goblin spell this turn. The same is true if a goblin died this turn, or a goblin card was discarded this turn.
It's like a clown car full of ugly, frightening monsters. So, just a clown car.

That's one of the most fun ideas I've seen that I doubt Wizards would ever print.

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a charge counter on ~. Then if the number of charge counters on ~ is equal to the converted mana cost of a creature you control, each opponent loses that much life and you gain that much life.
