The frenzy is weird. So far, there have only been three cards with an ability like that:

We haven't had a set yet where frenzy is one of the set mechanics. And I doubt Unstable is doing that, since it's not a humorous or rules-breaking ability. So it's probably just this one card. There's no flavor text, and there's no obvious connection between the ability and the name/art. So why does it have that ability? The best I can guess is that's a joke about how Future Sight is considered almost an Un- set, but that seems very indirect.

No. The word "text" refers to rules text only, meaning that flavor text and reminder text doesn't count.

I think this was meant to be a generic beat stick like Beast in Show but they decided to Un it up a little

I wonder if we will get absorb and fateseal in this set too. Only delve made it as a black border mechanic

That thought had occurred to me, but it's then just a really bad joke. If people know frenzy at all, they'll just associate it with one rather forgettable Future Sight card. Most people are probably unaware of frenzy at all. And while I can see why it wasn't made a set mechanic yet (it's hard to push it when going unblocked is already both commonplace and desirable), it's not a terrible ability (if you play this, you'll definitely appreciate those extra 2 damage). The "frenzy is garbage" association isn't one I have, and I suspect that's true of most people.

That's... not a good reason. It would work for mechanics that don't actually work, that are too complicated or outside-the-box, or that are just too silly, but frenzy is none of those.

I just read an article that Mark wrote 7 years ago where he was listing some keywords and the colors they were in.
