Rotglove Worshiper is just a fun card. It seems a little overpowered at 9/7? Maybe a 6/6? But I do see why you picked numbers higher. I like that it frees up deck building space. You can go ahead and try out some of those cards you've been meaning to try because if they aren't working out or you need something bigger you can just sac them. I'm asuming Rotglove is rare? Or at least a first pick uncommon?

I am very surprised that Voidcaller isn't a think.

I like spell armor, but that reminder text could overwhelm people. Giving the target of the spell armor card hexproof until end of turn would leverage knowledge of hexproof to get the idea across.

Yeah I posted that mechanic in one of Shaz's contests that way where it just granted hexproof and he said it was whack how a keyword was granting another keyword and I kinda agree with him

For RWB I feel like it would be more fitting if it only shut down mana abilities instead.
Although it would be really niche.

Sometimes it's because they don't go on the stack, like with Stifle and such (where it's reminder text), the rest of the time it's mostly because it would enable mana denial strategies, which are considered unfun. That's mostly in the cases where it can hit lands though (see Pithing Needle vs. Phyrexian Revoker.)
