So I was talking to my buddy John and he said it was weird how vigilance was the g/w mechanic when there were so few green creatures with vigilance. Make one.

Parad: I really like the symmetry on this. Creates interesting gameplay because your opponent has a lot of leeway to play around it. The balance seems fine for a limited common too.

CAU: Don't make cards that encourage people to play nonbasic lands.

Echo: The vigilance feels a bit tacked on. I think it would be a great design as a standalone without vigilance.

Mata Hari: If a creature with that power, toughness, and ability existed, that would be a good cost for it. I'm not entirely sure why it would exist though.

I actually quite like it though.

It used to have trample but I thought it was a bit lazy and obvious so I took it off. But now the flavour text is less relevant. Not that I really put a lot of care into the flavour text.

It's v. rude to make me grade multiple cards you know

Some of the abilities on this card are too marginal to be worth the text. Hexproof, for example. It could be argued that the entire gimmick is, but it's borderline.

There are a fair number of green vigilant creatures with higher power. I think they do it to distinguish them from white vigilance creatures. I thought the Canopy Strider was funny because when I think green vigilance my first thought is Brushstrider
